Partial proof: the base payment needs no documents (43 settlements)
"Partial" is the typical data-breach structure: everyone in the class can claim a flat or pro rata cash payment with no documentation, while a bigger reimbursement tier (often up to $5,000 or more for documented losses) requires receipts, statements, or other records. If you have no paperwork, you can still file the base tier on these.
