Doxim, a vendor that prints and delivers statements for banks and credit unions, was breached on December 30, 2023, exposing customer data it processed for its financial-institution clients. The company agreed to a $5.5 million settlement fund. Class members pick between a documented-loss payment of up to $5,000 or an approximately $100 payment requiring no paperwork, and both options come with a year of credit monitoring. The claim deadline is October 13, 2026, with final approval to be heard October 28, 2026.
