Luxury gym operator Equinox faced class claims after an April 29, 2024 intrusion exposed member and employee data ranging from Social Security numbers to medical and financial information. A $685,000 settlement fund covers documented losses up to $5,000, an estimated $100 payment for claimants without records, and three years of credit monitoring.
