Apparel retailer Lands' End settled litigation over a December 2024 breach that reached sensitive identifiers including Social Security numbers and government ID data. Claimants choose between reimbursement of verified expenses up to $5,000, backed by bank statements or receipts, or a straightforward $60 payment with no paperwork. Two years of financial monitoring and fraud insurance is also part of the deal. The claim deadline is October 22, 2026, with a final approval hearing on November 6, 2026.

US residents whose private information, such as names, birth dates, Social Security numbers, driver's license or passport details, or limited medical information, was compromised in the December 2024 Lands' End data incident. Affected individuals appear in the company's records.

Up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses incurred between December 6, 2024 and October 22, 2026, or a $60 flat payment with no documentation, plus two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete including $1 million in fraud insurance..
