LifeStance Health Pixel Privacy Settlement

LifeStance Health, a national mental-health provider, was sued over analytics and advertising pixels embedded in its public website that allegedly relayed visitor and patient details to third parties without consent. The consolidated case, Strong v. LifeStance Health Group, settled for a fund of roughly $3.03 million split across two subclasses. Claimants receive an equal-share cash payment from their subclass fund, allocated per person rather than per visit. Claims are due September 29, 2026, and the court will consider final approval on October 16, 2026.

People who used LifeStance Health's public website while third-party tracking pixels were active and whose personal or health-related information may have been passed to outside companies as a result. Members are divided into two subclasses, each paid from its own fund, based on how they interacted with the site.

Pro rata cash payment from the applicable subclass fund (Subclass 1: $1,203,405.00; Subclass 2: $1,824,469.44, before fees and costs); the per-person amount depends on how many valid claims are filed..
