People who got two or more marketing calls or texts pitching Farmers insurance from certain named agents or their agencies between April 19, 2020 and June 15, 2026, where the phone number appears in the case records.

Up to $160 per claimant after fees and administration costs; the final figure depends on how many valid claims come in.
