Bayhealth Pixel Privacy Settlement

Delaware health system Bayhealth was accused of running tracking technology on the web pages patients used to reach its MyChart portal, allegedly sharing identifying information with third parties between 2019 and 2025. The settlement gives every claiming class member a $25 payment and a year of privacy-protection tools, with no documentation required. Bayhealth is separately paying attorneys' fees of up to $800,000 and service awards, so those costs do not reduce member payments. Claim forms are due October 5, 2026, ahead of an October 29, 2026 final approval hearing.

Bayhealth patient portal users who reached or used the MyChart portal through Bayhealth's web pages at any point from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2025. Anyone who logged in via a Bayhealth page with a MyChart button during that window qualifies.
