About JoinCase

JoinCase answers one question well: which class action settlements can you claim right now? We track open settlements in the United States and Canada, sort everything by deadline, and link each one directly to the official court-appointed administrator, the only place claims should ever be filed.

Billions of dollars in settlement funds go unclaimed because the information is scattered, stale, or buried in legal notices nobody reads. We fix the information problem: plain-English eligibility, realistic payout expectations, every key date, and honest labels for what needs proof and what does not.

What we do

• Track 80+ open settlements, updated weekly (last verified August 3, 2026).
• Verify deadlines, funds, and payout structures against official administrator sites. Our editorial policy explains the process.
• Flag settlements that pay automatically, need no proof, or are still being confirmed.
• Link only official administrator websites. Never copies, never intermediaries.

What we never do

• We do not file claims for you and never collect claim information or personal data.
• We do not provide legal advice. We are not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship exists with anyone.
• We are not affiliated with any court, administrator, defendant, or class counsel, and we never imply a settlement endorses us or vice versa.
• We never guarantee you will be paid or how much. Pro rata funds shrink with claim volume, and courts control everything.

How we make money

The site may show advertising. We currently have no affiliate relationships; if that ever changes, paid links will be tagged and disclosed per ouraffiliate disclosure. Nobody can pay to be listed, ranked higher, or described more favorably.

Corrections

A wrong deadline can cost someone real money, so corrections outrank everything else in our queue. If anything here disagrees with an official administrator site, the administrator is right and we want to know: email corrections@joincase.com.
