This California case accuses Resident Home, the company behind Nectar, DreamCloud, Siena, CloverLane, and Awara mattresses, of inventing inflated list prices so its ever-present sales looked like real bargains. Resident Home denies the allegations but set aside $665,000 to resolve the suit. Customers who bought at an advertised discount during the class period can file a simple claim to get a $30 voucher good on a future purchase from any of the company's brands. The administrator's site lists August 18, 2026 as the deadline to claim, opt out, or object, with a final approval hearing on October 2, 2026.

U.S. shoppers who, per Resident Home's own records, bought a product from NectarSleep.com, DreamCloudSleep.com, SienaSleep.com, CloverLane.com, or AwaraSleep.com at a price marked down from a higher reference price between March 1, 2021 and April 10, 2026. Purchases that were fully refunded or credited do not qualify.

$30 voucher usable on a single purchase at any Resident Home brand site.
