Legends Hospitality Data Breach Settlement

Venue services company Legends Hospitality was hit by three cyberattacks over the winter of 2024-2025 that allegedly exposed names, Social Security numbers, IDs, financial records, and health insurance details. To resolve the resulting class action, it created an $812,900 settlement fund. Affected individuals can either document out-of-pocket losses for reimbursement up to $5,000 or take a simpler no-proof payment estimated around $200. Claims are due August 19, 2026, with the final approval hearing scheduled for September 3, 2026.

Individuals whose personal information was compromised in the cyberattacks on Legends Hospitality's systems in November 2024, December 2024, and January 2025. Court filings indicate about 16,258 people were affected.

Up to $5,000 for documented losses tied to the breaches, or an estimated $200 cash payment with no proof required.

No payment amount is ever guaranteed. Pro rata payouts shrink as more valid claims come in, and every payment waits on final court approval and any appeals.
