Nutricost's parent company agreed to a $1.835 million fund to settle allegations that its magnesium glycinate supplements were mislabeled, a case pending in the Eastern District of New York. The class period is unusually long, stretching from February 2021 into June 2026, and covers the 120- and 240-capsule bottles. Anyone can claim one bottle's worth (up to $19.95) on attestation alone, while a claim ID from the notice or purchase records supports claims for every bottle bought. Claims, exclusions, and objections are all due August 7, 2026, with final approval set for October 15, 2026.

U.S. consumers who bought Nutricost Magnesium Glycinate capsules in the 120-count or 240-count sizes at any point from February 1, 2021 through June 8, 2026.

Up to $19.95 per bottle; buyers without proof or a claim ID can recover for one unit, while documentation or a notice ID unlocks payment on additional units, subject to pro rata adjustment.
