ApolloMD Data Breach Settlement

ApolloMD, a physician services company, suffered a network intrusion on May 22-23, 2025 that exposed names, Social Security numbers, diagnosis and treatment details, and insurance information. A $4.02 million settlement resolves the resulting class action. Claimants can seek reimbursement of documented losses up to $5,000 or take a no-documentation cash payment estimated at $75, and everyone who files a valid claim can add a year of medical data monitoring. The filing window closes September 30, 2026, ahead of an October 5, 2026 approval hearing in Atlanta.

Anyone who received a letter from ApolloMD saying their private information may have been exposed in the company's May 2025 data incident. Notified individuals are automatically part of the class unless they opt out.

Up to $5,000 for documented fraud or identity-theft losses, or an alternate cash payment estimated at $75 (subject to pro rata adjustment), plus one year of CyEx medical data monitoring with $1 million in identity-theft insurance..

No payment amount is ever guaranteed. Pro rata payouts shrink as more valid claims come in, and every payment waits on final court approval and any appeals.
