Affiliate disclosure
As of today, JoinCase has no affiliate relationships.
Every settlement listing links directly to the official court-appointed administrator's website. We earn nothing when you click those links or file a claim, and we never will: claim links are a trust function, not a revenue stream. They carry standardnofollow link attributes and nothing else.
How the site is funded
JoinCase may display advertising (such as Google AdSense). Advertisers have no say in which settlements we list or how we describe them, and ads are visually distinct from editorial content.
If we ever add affiliate links
If we enter an affiliate or referral relationship in the future (for example, with a credit monitoring service or a claims-related tool), we commit to the following:
- Paid links will be tagged
rel="sponsored"and visibly labeled near the link. - This page will be updated to name the partner and describe the relationship before any paid link goes live.
- Official settlement claim links will never be affiliate links, ever. Filing a claim will always route directly to the administrator.
- Compensation will never affect whether a settlement is listed, its position (sorting is by deadline), or the substance of what we say about it.
