NAR, Keller Williams, and RE/MAX agreed to pay a combined $28.5 million to buyers of MLS-listed homes, with class periods that vary by state. Buyers file through the administrator with basic details about their purchase, and payouts will be divided pro rata once claims are tallied. Claims are due August 25, 2026, and the final approval hearing is set for August 4, 2026 in the Northern District of Illinois.
